Return Policy

Product Return Policy

●Taiwan Return or Exchange Policy:

- If you need to return or exchange a product, you must first contact customer service. We will only accept your return or exchange once a customer service representative has confirmed your eligibility to do so. We will not accept returns if you have not first contacted customer support.
- Customers are only allowed one return or exchange per order. If you need to later return more products from the same order, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging. Products must not have any signs of wear and tear.
- Please ship your return products with their original receipt, or we will be unable to process your return.
- Please refer to the following rules to determine whether your product is eligible for return or exchange:

● Returning a defective product:
- We ask all customers to check their order carefully once it is received for integrity. If your order is damaged or faulty in any way, please contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the order for assistance with your return. We will cover the shipping costs.

● Other reasons to return:
- Products can be returned for any reason within 7 days of purchasing, but they must be in their original packaging, entirely new and un-opened, without any signs of use.
- The following types of products are not included in the 7-day return policy, and cannot be returned for any reason:
1、Products that can rot or expire (eg. food, flowers)
2、Personally customized products.
3、Newspapers or magazines.
4、Already-opened media or computer software (eg. CD, DVD, VCD products)
5、Non-physical media or any other form of entirely-online service. 
6、Already-opened hygenic products or apparel (eg. clothing, hair products, bags)

● International Return Policy:

-  As international shipping is more complicated and costly, we do not accept returns from overseas. We will take every precaution in packaging your purchase carefully and confirming its contents before shipping.
-  Please confirm the integrity of your order once it is received. If there is any damage, please send us photo evidence within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If we determine that the damage was not caused by the recepient, we will refund your money. 

● Notice 
- Your order may contain a gift if you spend a certain amount on your purchase. If you send back a product and the remaining amount is below the that requirement, you will need to send back the gift along with the product.
- The following do not count as 'damages'. Products with the following afflictions will not be considered damaged and cannot be returned as such.
1.        Color Difference: Products may appear a slightly different color or tone on your browser/monitor than they do in person. The color of the actual product you receive should be considered the proper color.
2.        Exposed Glue: With products that have been assembled by hand, it is normal that a bit of glue may be visible where separate parts were glued together.
3.        Slight Scratches or Denting on Packaging: During the shipping process it is unfortunately possible for packaging to get slightly scratched or bent.
4.        Size Differences: It is possible for certain products to differ around 0.5 - 1 cm in size due to slight variations in construction.
- Rayark Concept has final say on whether a product can or cannot be returned.
